Because Left to Eat does the calculations for you, and lets you see your calorie balance at a glance, it's the perfect companion to Apple's Activity app, or any other apps you're using to track your dietary, resting, and active energy.
Left to Eat also shows the history of your daily calorie surplus or deficit - the free version lets you see the last 3 days of your history, and the Pro Version in-app purchase unlocks the last 3 years of your history.
